Terms of Service & Subscription Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using D1 Hockey Recruit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Subscription Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and D1 Hockey Recruit.

2. Service Description

D1 Hockey Recruit is a recruiting platform designed to help hockey families navigate the NCAA Division I recruiting process. The Service provides tools including player profile creation, an NCAA D1 coach directory, direct email outreach to coaches, email tracking analytics, season stats and game schedule management, a personalized recruiting timeline, and an NCAA compliance calendar. Access to premium features requires an active paid subscription.

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

D1 Hockey Recruit offers the following subscription plans:

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice.

4. Automatic Renewal

By subscribing, you authorize D1 Hockey Recruit to charge your payment method on file for the recurring subscription fee at the start of each billing cycle. You will be charged on the same date each billing period (or the nearest available date if that date does not exist in a given month). It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is current and accurate.

5. No Refund Policy

Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or credited. This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• •Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.
• •You will continue to have full access to all premium features until the end of that period.
• •No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends.
• •No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period.

For annual subscribers: If you cancel during your annual subscription term, your access continues through the end of the full year you paid for. Your subscription will not renew at the end of that annual period. To avoid being charged for the next year, you must cancel before your annual renewal date.

7. Free Tier

D1 Hockey Recruit offers limited free access that allows users to create a player profile. Access to premium features — including season stats, team management, game schedules, the coach directory, email outreach, email tracking, the recruiting timeline, and the NCAA compliance calendar — requires an active paid subscription.

8. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. D1 Hockey Recruit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• •Send unsolicited bulk emails, spam, or harassing messages to coaches or other users.
• •Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in player profiles or communications.
• •Violate any applicable NCAA rules, regulations, or bylaws.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or the Service's infrastructure.
• •Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without written permission.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

10. Disclaimer of Guarantees

D1 Hockey Recruit provides tools to assist with the college recruiting process. We do not guarantee admission to, recruitment by, or scholarship offers from any college, university, or athletic program. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Coach contact information is provided for informational purposes and may change without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, D1 Hockey Recruit and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.
